Flexible and responsive

The company has been in existence for over 40 years and involved in manufacturing modular buildings for over 30 years. Initially the business supplied only temporary buildings or 'Units' for hire. Today the hire business continues to flourish but increasingly the company is also gaining a reputation for erecting high specification permanent modular buildings.

Modular building can be used as an alternative to traditional construction for most buildings and for a wide variety of uses. However, to take optimum advantage of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), it is better that modular buildings, for temporary or permanent use, are constructed Off-site, rather than building in situ pre-fabricated buildings.

Temporary or Permanent

Adroit Modular Buildings specialise in small to medium sized buildings of up to approximately 1,000 m2 (10,000 ft2), these can be used for permanent or temporary structures and can be specified with timber or steel frames. Every building, including temporary buildings, is designed to comply with current Building Regulations and has Local Authority National Type Approval Confederation (LANTAC) approval.
