Today, many existing doctors' surgeries, whilst housed in satisfactory buildings, no longer meet modern clinical standards. In addition, a significant number of primary care trusts are seeking to combine a range of services into one medical centre. Suitable temporary medical facilities can provide invaluable accommodation, whilst more permanent medical facilities are built. Over the past 30 years Adroit Modular Buildings has supplied a large number of temporary and permanent medical centres and surgeries from Cumbria to Kent and from East Anglia to Wales and Cornwall.

Utilising our skills and experience in Off-Site, Modern Methods of Construction, we can satisfy the needs of doctors, nurses and practice managers alike to offer the most contemporary alternative to traditionally-built medical facilities; ideally suited for:

  • Consulting and Treatment Rooms
  • Temporary Surgeries and Clinics
  • Wards and Bed Space
  • Operating Theatres
  • Offices and Medical Records Stores
  • Waiting Rooms

Modular construction is generally faster than traditional construction methods, the manufacture of the buildings can commence in the factory, whilst ground work is being done on site – modules, complete with fully-fitted consulting rooms and other facilities can be delivered to the site and take far less time to install than similar facilities would take to build in-situ. Provided on sites where existing medical practices, or other activities have to continue whilst the new facility is installed.
