• Based on purpose built galvanised steel-framed modules.
   
• Modules can be manufactured to order in any size up to 12m long and 4m wide.
   
• These buildings comply with the latest Building Regulations including Approved Document Part L2.
   
• The basic design is capable of being stacked up to three stories high.
   
• Roofs can be pitched, mansard, or flat.
   
• A wide variety of external finishes can be used, including traditional wet-brick, stone, or brick slip.
   
• Modular System Buildings can be integrated with more traditional on-site construction techniques to combine the benefits of off-site construction, with the flexibility of traditional architecture.
   
• The buildings are suitable for permanent, or semi-permanent applications, with a design life of up to 60 years, if maintained properly.
   
• Additional modules can be added to extend traditional or modular buildings and modules can even be reconfigured, or relocated if necessary.
