• Based on existing standard galvanised steel-framed modules.
   
• Modules are 4.963m [16' 3"]; 6.365m [20' 10"]; 7.567m [24' 10"]; or 9.901m [32' 6"] long and 3.017m [9' 11"] wide.
   
• These modules comply with Building Regulations Approved Document Part L2, under Clause 0.26b for buildings constructed from sub-assemblies manufactured before April 2002.
   
• Roofs are typically flat, but pitched or mansard roofs are also possible.
   
• Mainly sales of existing Hire Fleet Units, usually to existing tenants.
   
• The normal finish is colour-coated steel, but other finishes can also be applied.
   
• The basic design is capable of being stacked up to two stories high.
   
• Designed primarily for the Hire Fleet these modules are particularly robust to withstand multiple relocations, but are also available for sale as permanent buildings, which can be relocated if required.
