Permanent Buildings - Timber

• Based on timber-framed modules, reinforced with steel 'C' plates.
   
• These buildings comply with the latest Building Regulations including Approved Document Part L2.
   
• Roofs can be pitched, mansard, or flat.
   
• The normal finish is stippled plywood, but other finishes, including hard [typically cedar] or soft-wood cladding & Stenni can also be applied.
   
• The basic design is suitable for single storey buildings.
   
• The buildings are suitable for permanent, or semi-permanent applications, with a design life in excess of 15 years, if maintained properly they can last for more than twice the design life.
