Temporary modular buildings provide a flexible and cost-effective solution for short to medium term accommodation requirements. They can be hired for fixed periods, or kept on a rolling hire for as long as they are required, they can even be purchased and relocated at a later date, so temporary accommodation can be moved from one site to another as and when it is required.

Temporary buildings do not have to be single units, or a few 'building slices' joined together.

Volumetric modules can be combined to form large one or two storey complexes, for offices, schools, medical centres, or to meet most other temporary accommodation requirements. Your building will be built to the agreed specification and layout at a fixed price. Once off-site production of the modules is scheduled the delivery is much more predictable than if traditional construction methods are used. Furthermore, when units are delivered they can be installed and commissioned with the minimal amount of disruption to your business.
